Yes, if they are both big pieces, I prefer you do two separate requests. But if they are both small, you can do it in one request. Please note if you are wanting one or the other, or both.
-
I will usually give a flat rate. Your investment would be calculated at about $250/hr. On average, most pieces are 4-6 hours. If you’d prefer hourly, you can let me know. I do offer a student discount of $200/hr with valid student ID.

Yes! That’s my job. If you have a story or a feeling you want to convey, a location on the body you like, an approx size, and some reference photos of tattoos/styles you do like - then I can design a tattoo for you. This does require you to be open to artist’s creative interpretation.
-
No. I accept tattoo based on the design and reference photos submitted. For example, I will accept microrealism animals, but I don’t typically do outlines of animals. If you wish to change your design, you may need to wait until the next waitlist period. I design months ahead of time, so I ask that you do not change your design after submitting it.
-
I aim to keep all conversations in email format so allow me to return to our conversations and reference photos. I design months out, so please include all your ideas and requirements in this request form. If you wish to discuss the design in depth, you can annotate that in the request.

I take about 2 weeks to review the submissions before sending out emails to everyone with a decision. If you are accepted, you will receive an email with instructions to continue the process. If you haven’t heard back in 3-4 weeks, you can follow up with me at tattoos@taylorshade.com.

I love realism, microrealism, foods, geometric, abstract, movement, smoke, fabrics, glass, skeletons, all animals, birds, basically anything with a lot of details.
I don’t take on that many floral projects, or dainty fine-line outline type of tattoos. I also limit how many fingers or behind the ear tattoos I do since you can’t get detailed in those areas and they tend to not heal well.

You can bring 1 person over the age of 16 to your appointment. Children are not allowed in the studio due to safety reasons.
