Ultrashade Tattoos Gift Card Policy

Give the gift of a custom tattoo experience. Ultrashade Tattoos gift cards may be used towards tattoos with any of our Resident Artists or toward merchandise available in the studio.

Please Read Before Purchasing

Purchasing a gift card does not guarantee that a specific tattoo design, placement, or project will be accepted by an artist.

Each artist maintains creative discretion and reserves the right to decline projects that are outside their style, expertise, or artistic vision. Before purchasing a gift card, please understand that:

• We recommend submitting a tattoo inquiry before purchasing a gift card if you are unsure whether your design will be accepted.

• An artist may request modifications to the design, concept, size, or placement to ensure the best possible tattoo and long-term result.

• If a project is not a good fit for one artist, another artist at Ultrashade Tattoos may be recommended when appropriate.

• If we are unable to accommodate your requested design as submitted, the gift card remains valid for another tattoo, approved design, in-store merchandise, or another artist within the studio.

Gift Card Terms

• Gift cards may be used by the purchaser or transferred to another individual as a gift.

• Gift cards may be applied toward tattoo services or in-store merchandise.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

• Any remaining balance will stay on the gift card until used.

• If the value of the tattoo or merchandise exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance is the responsibility of the client.

• Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.

• Gift cards cannot be used towards tips.

• Gift cards cannot be used with visiting Guest Artists.

Artist Availability

Gift cards are valid at Ultrashade Tattoos with Resident Artists only, and cannot be used towards tattoos with visiting Guest Artists.

If the artist the recipient intended to book is no longer working at Ultrashade Tattoos, the gift card may be used with another artist currently working in the studio. Gift cards will not be refunded due to artist availability or staffing changes.

By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and understand that all tattoo projects are subject to each artist's approval, creative process, and studio policies.
