Submit a request to Kennedy’s booking form by November 30 to be considered for her deal. Deal can be purchased up to 5 times per person (spend $500, get $750 value).

Once your request is quoted and appointment date is selected, you will be instructed to purchase the corresponding value to the estimated cost of the tattoo to be taken off. This will act as your deposit.
